Common questions
Can we influence our GunScore rating?
No. VECTR scores are calculated independently based on market data. Retailers cannot pay to inflate their scores. This is by design — the value of the badge comes entirely from its independence.
What if our score is low?
A lower score is honest feedback from the market. The badge only displays on your listing if the score meets a minimum threshold. Below that threshold, no badge appears — buyers simply don't see it.
How quickly does the score update?
Scores update as new price data is collected by our bot network, typically every 6 hours. During active sale events we increase collection frequency.
